President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov extended deep condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, over the oil tanker collision in the East China Sea that led to significant loss of life.  In his message, the head of Turkmenistan expressed the words of profound sympathy and support to bereaved families and relatives.
