Starting from January 1, 2019, the free provision of electricity, gas, drinking water and table salt to the population is abolished

In order to continue developing free market relations in the national economy of Turkmenistan, as well as to rationalize the cost of electricity, gas, housing and public utility services to the population of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, authorizing to abolish the free provision of electricity, gas, drinking water and table salt to the population starting from January 1, 2019.
