It is offered a proposal on behalf of cultural figures to change the dates of certain national holidays at today's Council of Elders. 

In particular, it was offered to postpone the celebration of Independence Day at the end of September and the Day of Poetry of Makhtumkuli Fragi combined with the Day of Constitution to consolidate with the Day of Culture and Arts workers, which is celebrated on June 27.
