The office cluster developed in the north of the capital

The members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan constructed about a hundred office buildings on the G.Kuliyev street. Here will be located the administrative office of domestic agencies and companies, on the first floors will be opened - wholesale and retail shops, cafes, restaurants, training and leisure centers. 

Gary Kuliev Street completely transformed. Now it became a well-arranged multi-lane highway with lane divider and two additional traffic lanes. Along this highway have risen several kilometers the walls of representative buildings with glazed facades. 

However, before the entrepreneurs started building the facilities, it was necessary to work a lot for surveyors and ... bulldozers. In the areas bordering to the street were demolished dilapidated buildings, warehouses and were prepared sites for construction. The architects and designers of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and the “Turkmen state project” Institute developed five types of buildings that meet the requirements of the customers. In offices that distinguish original design solutions, well thought out functionality and competent zoning of space, provided all conditions for comfortable work of the personnel. They facilities equipped with heating and air conditioning, other necessary auxiliary equipment.
