The student team of state Makhtumkuli University is the best following the results the inter-university subject Olympiad

The Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management conducted a solemn ceremony of summing up the results of the interuniversity subject Olympiad. 

Intellectual competitions passed on 14 disciplinary directions in two categories. Subject tours on the history of the country, ecology and environmental protection, Turkmen, Russian and English languages, chemistry, biology, economics, mathematics, physics, modern computer technologies, engineering graphics, theoretical mechanics, materials resistance were organized in various higher educational institutions in the capital. 

The Oguz Khan engineering and Technology University assigned the experts of national history. Subject tour on the environment was conducted at the Institute of Sport and Tourism. Language competition were held in four higher schools - in the agricultural and medical universities, the Institute of Transport and Communications and the Institute of the Ministry of Defense. 

Experts of computer technologies and exact sciences challenged the title of the best in the Institute of Finance, the International University of Oil and Gas, the Institute of Culture and the National Institute of World Languages named after Azadi. The Turkmen state university named after Mahtumkuli became the venue for intellectual battles in the economy. 

Contests for chemists and biologists were organized in two institutions - economics and management, as well as architecture and construction. In the auditoriums of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Academy of Arts and the International University for the Humanities and Development, rivalry unfolded in such disciplines as engineering graphics, theoretical mechanics, and materials resistance. 

The four-day intellectual marathon determined the leader. They became the student team of the Turkmen State University named after Mahtumkuli. The second place took representatives of the agricultural institute, the third - students of the State Institute of Economics and Management. The top ten included also student teams of universities - oil and gas, engineering and technology and agriculture, institutions - energy, world languages, international relations and navy. The ceremony of honoring united all of them. The winners of the subject tours were raised in turn on the stage of the assembly hall. They were awarded the appropriate diplomas, honorary diplomas and prizes, established by the organizing committee of the Olympiad. 

The winners were presented the books of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov: "The Source of Wisdom", "Turkmenistan is the Heart of the Great Silk Road", "Sport is the Way to Friendship, Health and Beauty", "Music of Peace, Friendship and Brotherhood", as well as the Spelling Dictionary of the Turkmen Language, published under the editorship of the head of state. 

In total, 327 students became prizewinners of the Olympiad: 76 are holders of the first places, 108 are second and 143 are third. In their honor, these festive days are held solemn ceremonies, organized in universities, where they study. 

Interuniversity subject Olympiad, which completed the cycle of intellectual youth competitions of the past year, has become evidence of the growing potential of the younger generation, their research and public activity, creativity of thought and purposefulness.
